A permit is required for the use of a golf cart/ATV type of vehicle to be used during the National Junior Shorthorn Show and must be driven by a licensed driver at all times. Proof of liability insurance coverage is required before arriving to the event. The purchaser of this permit agrees to hold AJSA/ASA harmless and full indemnify ASA/AJSA for any claims for any injury, death, or damage to any person or persons and or to the vehicle. The Permit holder also agrees to waive claims of liability for the theft of the vehicle. A copy of the permit must always accompany the vehicle and rules and regulations for operation during this event will be on the permit. The permit will be revoked, and the vehicle will not be able to be used for the duration of the event if all rules and policies are not followed. Vehicles will not be allowed to be driven in the barns except during load-in times and load-out times.

- Not allowed to be driven in the barns except during load-in times and load-out times.
- Must always drive safely. No reckless or unsafe driving. Excessive horn honking that would scare animals is not permitted.
- Vehicles must park in designated parking areas to not obstruct cattle, people, emergency vehicles, or other vehicles.
- ASA/AJSA reserves the right to revoke the permit at any time.
